Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a registered manager in a 30-plus bed care home with a good rating.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with residents and families.
• Proven track record of promoting person-centered care and resident involvement.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a commitment to high-quality care.
