Are you an experienced Care Home Manager looking for a new opportunity? Our client is on the hunt for a Home Manager to grow the team in an elderly residential care home, delivering the highest standards of care and enriching the lives of both residents and staff.
As the Home Manager, you'll enjoy a yearly salary of up to £50,000, the chance to form excellent relationships with staff, residents and their families, and the opportunity to be pivotal to the success of the care home.
Our client operates over 100 care homes, with a team that makes a real difference the moment you step through their doors. They're looking for an experienced manager to lead by example and become a part of their unique team.
As the Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Working collectively as a team to enrich the lives of residents and colleagues.
Delivering the highest quality of personalized care to residents in line with their individual care plans.
Participating in leisure and social activities, which are a vital part of the day.
Being benevolent and encouraging in every way to residents, their families and colleagues

The ideal person for the Home Manager role will have:
At least of 3 years Management experience in an elderly care home is essential
Strong understanding of CQC compliance
Evidence of recent CQC inspections being Good or Outstanding
