We have an exciting opportunity for a Home Manager, nurse or non-nurse qualified, to manage a small to medium-sized nursing home in Huddersfield. This role is with a private and reputable care provider, offering the chance to maintain and further develop an already well-rated care home.
This role offers a rewarding package including a basic salary of £50,000 (reviewed annually), up to 33 days of annual leave, and the opportunity to develop and progress within a supportive environment.

As the Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Managing finances and budgets for the home.
Ensuring the smooth daily running of the home.
Leading, motivating, and inspiring your team to deliver the highest quality of care.
Exceeding internal quality expectations and those of the CQC.
