About The Role
Home Manager
Permanent opportunity: £60,000 per annum plus bonus potential
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to join our team atFremington Manor -our Nursing and Residential country house care home.
Fremington Manorhas 54 welcoming rooms, and its beautiful building has views over Fremington Quay and is at the heart of village life inBarnstaple, Devon.
We are a not-for-profit registered charity, with a genuine dedication to helping people remain independent within the HOME and COMMUNITY they love.
The Home Manager will have overall responsibility for the management of the home (54 beds); the standard of care practice, along with leadership and financial management and recruitment.
You will also ensure that the home is operating in accordance with requirements issued by the Care Quality Commission.
A commitment to continuous improvement will be a strong focus of this role, which will include provision of care in accordance with approved guidelines and continual professional development of all staff in the home.

To be considered for the position of Home Manager, you will step out from the crowd - have a proven track record of managing a fully compliant home withminimum GOOD in CQC rating.
You are a dynamic, focused and proactive leader with a passion for ensuring our residents receive the best possible person-centred care.
We are looking for the following:
NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA, but would also consider applications from Registered Managers
Completed or are currently completing a recognised management qualification such as Diploma Level 5/The Registered Managers Award
From a strong background in elderly and dementia care within a residential care environment
