Home Manager

Advinia Healthcare, is recruiting for a full time Registered Home Manager to manage our large multi site home looking at elderly care and dementia Mill View Care Home in Bolton.
Here at Mill View Care Home we support Residents who need different levels of care, including those living with dementia. By creating an active, vibrant environment within the Home, we can help Residents enjoy meaningful, positive experiences every day.
Essential skills:
- Experience managing a similar sized home
- Nurse preferable but not essential
- Passionate about Dementia care.
- Experience in providing and reviewing care assessments and plans in accordance to CQC requirements
- Experience in recruiting, developing and managing a team
- Experience of managing and working towards budgets
- Capable of increasing occupancy and marketing the home as a brand
- Excellent communication skills-confident working with local authorities and building new contacts
