As a Home Manager, you'll be accountable for:

• Recruiting, training, and supervising staff
• Managing budgets and ensuring financial sustainability
• Building relationships with local health care providers and the community
• Overseeing the daily operation of the home

The ideal Home Manager will have:

• NMC registration
• Proven experience managing a large nursing home
• Background working in an elderly care setting

• At least 4 years in a management position
