As a Care Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the physical, passionate, and social needs of our residents are met, within a medium sized nursing home
• Delivering clinical guidance and training.
• Holding out assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Monitoring work areas and practices for safety and compliance.
• Championing resident wellbeing and establishing a vision for the home.

The ideal Care Home Manager will have:

• Background working in home management within an elderly care setting.
• NMC Pin is desirable
• A Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5, or willingness to study for one.
• knowledge of Ci regulations and evidence of previous Good or Very Good inspections
• An understanding of safeguarding and the ability to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect.
• A truly mindful and kind approach to communication.
