Purosearch have a fantastic job opportunity to join an exclusive care provider. We have a brilliant Nursing Home Manager job. You will oversee a wonderful care home which boasts a great reputation in its local area. The home is a beautiful building. It is bright, modern and architecturally stunning. It is one of the best homes in Norwich.
Candidates ideally be a nurse - RGN / RMN, but non-Nurse qualified candidates are still considered and should have strong clinical knowledge. Nursing home manager candidates should have a good track record of obtaining compliant CQC reports.
Skills/ Qualifications:
�Previous managerial experience
�Clinical background & a strong leader.
�RGN/RMN - preferred, not essential
�Hands on practical approach
�Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
�Dynamic & Enthusiastic
