I am proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced Home Manager for their medium sized Luxury care home based in Haslemere. �The service is a lovely, purpose built elderly nursing home which has undergone a recent refurbishment which included a roof top terrace and a Japanese garden. ����������������

This role would suit a Home Manager �that is passionate about care and has experience successfully managing a nursing care home. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centered care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing the well-established team you are leading and ensuring sound financial performance. ��������������

The Candidate�����������������������

The successful candidate must have experience as a Nursing Home Manager or and show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' CQC reports. The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, network with the local community, and ensure the residents are cared for to the best possible standard, The company are looking for the best talent in the sector and want to hire who are driven and determined to make a difference to people's lives. ��������������

Nursing Home �Manager experience (Essential). �����������

RGN (Essential) ���������������

Knowledgeable on CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports. �����������

The home is based in Haslemere and commutable from Portsmouth, Guildford, Petersfield, Farnham and surrounding areas. ����������
