We are working with a reputable care provider who operate a portfolio of care homes across the north England, providing long-term, short-term and respite care within nursing, residential and dementia care settings. ���

My client is currently seeking an experienced Home Manager with exposure to managing an elderly nursing home. This opportunity is to oversee the running of medium sized nursing and dementia care home for elderly residents. The home is fully staffed with a supportive and knowledgeable team of carers and occupancy is consistently high within the facility. There are some areas of improvement required such as a drive around medication and infection control. �

The Candidate �����������������������������

The suitable candidate must be an experienced Home Manager with extensive knowledge of managing a care home providing nursing and dementia care. It is important that the Home Manager is caring and has a great personality to fit in well with the team, as well as having excellent organisational skills and be able to work off their own initiative.�

My client is looking for a Home Manager who has a keen eye for providing high quality care and can encourage staff to provide the person-centered care to all residents. They will need to empower the excellent staff team, continue building strong relationships with external bodies to help ensure the home achieves 'Good' ratings in future CQC inspections that take place. ��

This role is based near Preston, and is commutable from Manchester, Blackburn, Warrington, Southport and Bolton.�
