They are looking for an experienced manager to join the team within a medium to large bedded nursing care home, which currently benefits from strong internal running and a committed staff team.The ideal candidate will be nurse qualified or have managed a nursing service before and be a motivational leader to the team. They'll have strong CQC knowledge, be able to evidence previous success from CQC inspections and apply a person-centered approach to care. Attention to detail will be key within the role; especially around documentation and managing budget to ensure the home continues to run in line with all regulations.The role requires a visible and innovative manager; someone who will strive to implement the finer details, and work with the provider to elevate quality resident care further.The role is commutable from: Gateshead, Birtley, Jarrow, Hebburn, South Shields, Washington, Sunderland, Whickham, Chester-le-Street, Houghton le Spring, Seaham, and Wallsend.To be considered for the role, you'll be a hands-on and approachable manager with experience within a nursing care home.
