The Candidate ��������������

The role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to join an extremely well performing provider and continue its excellent standard of care, working towards a Good or Outstanding CQC. The successful candidate is required to have home management experience within elderly care homes, consistently good or above CQC reports, an excellent business acumen with a proven history of managing homes within the elderly care sector. ��������������

Requirements ��������������

Experienced Home Manager - 3 years minimum

5 years minimum experience in the elderly care sector

Level 5 or RMA qualified (preferred but not essential)

Location ��������������

The role is based in the Isle of Wight and is therefore commutable from Newport, Godshill, Ryde, Sandown, Shanklin, Freshwater, Yarmouth, Cowes, Bembridge and other surrounding areas. ���������
