Pure Care are currently searching for an enthusiastic Care Coordinator or Rota Manager to join an established domiciliary care company in the Godalming area.

  • Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm / 9am-5pm

  • Office based role

  • �27,500 annum + �250 extra per month if on call (Optional)

  • NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care




As the Care Coordinator you will play an integral part in managing the daily communications of the branch and offering an efficient and caring service. You should be personable and approachable as you will be liaising with a variety of staff members, families and other healthcare professionals to ensure all of the valued Clients needs are met.
This is a Monday to Friday, office based role with a starting salary pf �27,500 per annum. The company can also offer an extra �250 per month if you opt into the on call responsibilities, shared between the management team. (Not required)
The ideal Care Coordinator candidate will hold at least an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care with previous experience within a supervisory or management role in a care setting, either Homecare or a Care Home. Previous Care Coordinator, Deputy Manager or Office Manager experience is preferred and previous rota experience is essential.

Care Coordinator Duties and responsibilities will include:




  • Rota management, creating rotas to provide a safe and efficient delivery of service to the clients.

  • Writing and updating care plans to ensure personalised care

  • Carry out supervisions & appraisals of care staff

  • To answer the telephone promptly and professionally, dealing with any enquiries or queries

  • Support the Registered Manager to develop and maintain an effective staff team, including recruitment, training and supporting and staff
