Home Based Mortgage Advisor – Thames ValleyBasic to £30,000 plus bonus & commission – OTE £55,000 – £70,000Overview:A well-known, established mortgage broker firm, requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from home and deal with leads booked into your dairy, via the mortgage administration/marketing team.Main Duties:A rare mortgage broker opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from home, receiving mortgage appointments arranged via the mortgage administration/marketing team.This dedicated team will contact the existing client base, established over the past decade, and arrange a suitable time to talk to you as the home-based mortgage broker or mortgage adviser.The team are currently arranging 8 – 10 mortgage appointments a week. Dealing with the clients via telephone, or other virtual means, including zoom, teams, and Webex, you will offer a suitable alternative to the clients existing mortgage arrangements.As well as dealing with the hot leads being referred over, you will also be able to generate your own mortgage leads, via networking and referrals.Our client will offer a basic salary to £30,000, or if preferred will offer the option to go self employed and offer financial support.Not only as a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser will you receive the opportunity to work from home, be provided with hot leads, you will also receive generous remuneration and mortgage admin support.Based on averages, as a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you should be able to write 4 – 5 new mortgages a week.Key Skills:As a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working from home, previous mortgage advice experience is essential. The ability to manage your own diary, be self-disciplined is also a necessity.Excellent communication skills both written and orally along with good IT skills area also required.Summary:A rare and outstanding opportunity for a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser living in the Thames Valley area, to deal with new mortgage appointments arranged every week, flexible working, and the option to be employed or self-employed.
