Holiday Park Managers

Do you want to live and work a stones throw away from the beach!?PLEASE NOTE: This position is for a duo/couple.An exciting opportunity has arisen at Waikuku Beach Holiday Park!Our ideal duo must be reliable, hard-working and trustworthy with a passion for customer service. This is a full-time live in position for a couple offering a great remuneration package including accommodation on-site at the park, wifi and power. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:- Staff rostering, hiring, task assigning and general management of the holiday park.- Organising and assisting the housekeeping team to ensure that all daily cleans of units, facilities and communal areas are completed to a high standard and within the given timeframe- General customer service, sales of tours and activities, reception management and reservation management- Financial organisation, banking and daily transaction balancing-Groundskeeping/maintenance- Onsite, overnight emergency contact phone shared with the Duty Managers What you will have to offer as a duo:-A background in tourism and hospitality would be advantageous- Experience in customer relations - Knowledge of Newbook reservation system or similar would be an advantage but training will be given.- Excellent computer skills- A positive ‘can do’ attitude and outstanding work ethic- The ability to problem solve and think outside the box- Friendly outgoing personalities that fit in well with a great teamWhat we have to offer you:- An excellent salary package and onsite accommodation including Wifi and power-Ongoing support and training.If you feel you have the qualities and experience required please apply with your resumes and cover letter.
