The Role of a Sales Advisor
The role of the Sales Advisor is primarily to contact both new and existing customers.
Liaising with various departments to help our customers.
Provide administrative help and support to the Sales & Marketing and Aftersales team.
Additional Duties as a Sales Advisor
Contact customers using email, phone or hold/organise meetings.
Efficiently maintain the CRM database.
Quality Assurance/Customer Service.
Receive/handle warranty claims (Ad Hoc).
Receive/handle service calls (Ad Hoc).
Have a good level of IT & computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Have a good understanding of Emax and the company's CRM system.
Manage multiple projects.
Monday to Thursday, 08.Friday's are typically worked from home as it is a quieter day, due to production not working Friday's.
Depending entirely on experience and skill set.
Plus, additional10% bonus
***10% bonus is paid quarterly and depends on achieving various KPI Targets and more***
