Hoist Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Hoist Operator to join our team. The Hoist Operator will be responsible for operating a variety of cranes to lift, move, position, and reposition loads.

Duties:
- Operate cranes to lift, move, position, and reposition loads
- Inspect cranes and equipment before use to ensure they are in proper working condition
- Communicate with ground workers to safely move loads
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Maintain logs of working hours and operations

Skills:
- Ability to operate Hoist efficiently
- Proficiency in forklift operation for material handling
- Experience in digging and moving materials
- Commercial driving skills for transporting loads
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Familiarity with warehouse operations
- Mechanical knowledge for crane maintenance
