I have been exclusively instructed to find a Mortgage Advisor to join one of the leading property practices in their mortgage finance department.My client is an international property brand, frequently recognised with numerous awards. Established a number of years' ago, they are going through an extremely exciting phase where growth is a given.The Mortgage broker will provide an all-inclusive service to all prospective finance clients. The successful candidate will take on some of the following responsibilities:Hitting the annual business plan agreed with line managerMaking contact with all opportunities referred from the company's networkExplain the offered service in a clear concise mannerProvide clients with all the relevant documents as outlined in the sales process and at the highest level of customer serviceAttend results meetings with your line manager as well as presenting your figures.The successful candidate must have the following requirementsFull CeMAP qualifiedAt least 2 years' experience in the industryA proven track record of hitting targetsThe ability to build relationships with clients and colleaguesThe successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary with a fantastic commission structure.If this role is of interest please do get in contact with Hugh on
