HLTA Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Keighley, Bradford
A Bradford school are currently seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team on a long term basis. The role will require you to support pupils and their development in learning. You would be expected to work alongside the Teacher setting up the classroom and setting good behaviour standards. It will also be a requirement to deliver 1-1 lessons and lead some intervention groups across all year groups and support during PPA time.

Work days (Term time only)
Monday to Friday - Full time position - 8:30am till 3:30pm
Monday to Wednesday - Part time position - 8:30am till 3:30pm
Pay:
£100-£120
dependant on experience
Requirements:
Support students during lessons setting good behaviour standards
Experience working with all Primary year groups (KS1 & KS2)
Experience in leading interventions
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Ability to lead planned lessons set by the Teacher
Encourange/Motivate pupils to reach their full potential
