Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and informative History lessons to students according to the school's curriculum guidelines
Create lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to different learning styles and abilities
Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Assess student progress and provide feedback to students, parents, and school administration
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives
Participate in faculty and department meetings, as well as professional development opportunities
Stay up-to-date with educational trends and best practices in History instruction
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in History or related field
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Proven experience teaching History at the primary or secondary level
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for History and the ability to inspire and engage students
Strong organizational and time management skills
