Job Purpose

To effectively manage the Rental Fleet to serve our customer base and coordinate the transport for the Depot

General Duties:

• Compile weekly utilization figures for the Weekly Operations Report


• The Hire Controller will maintain a daily record of truck movements between depots and the Corby refurbishment center, forwarding them to the Service Department for updating service schedules


• Provide monthly totals of contract and casual hire fleets to the Operations Manager


• The Hire Controller will ensure minimal internal and external cross-hire charges


• The Hire Controller will conduct monthly stock takes and resolve any variances


• The Hire Controller will prepare weekly reports for the Regional Depot Manager
