Job Title: Highways Quality Manager
Location: Amesbury
Salary: up to £60,000
Car Allowance: £5400 per annum
 
My client is seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to join their Highways Team and contribute to the A303 Project.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
 
- Implementing and managing the Quality Management System (QMS) for the project.
- Developing quality plans and procedures aligned with project requirements and industry standards.
- Conducting quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Providing guidance and support to project teams to foster a culture of quality excellence.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitoring and reporting on quality performance metrics to track project progress.

About You:
 
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in quality management tools and software.
 
You'll Bring:
 
- Previous experience in quality management/engineering, preferably within the highways sector.
- Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Experience in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
