Highways Ganger / Team leader

Job Title: Highways Ganger / Team LeaderJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Highways Ganger/Team Leader to join our team for a project on the M25. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in all aspects of civil work, including ductwork, drainage, slabbing, paving, steps, handrails, etc. Ideally we are looking for gangs / teams that have worked together on previous projects. The gang should have a mixture of operatives including (team leader / machine drivers / groundworkers / pipe layers). Shift pattern: Monday - Friday with (nights / weekends becoming available). Hours will be 07:00 - 17:00pm with an hour deducted for lunch break. The contract is on going and you will be needed for minimum 18 months. Van + Fuel card will be provided. Skills:- Previous experience in highways construction- Strong leadership skills- Ability to work effectively as part of a teamResponsibilities:- Lead a team in all aspects of civil work on the M25 project J11. - Ensure work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards- Supervise and train team members as needed- Maintain a safe working environment at all timesQualifications within the team: - SSSTS / CSCS / CPCS / Street works / highways passport.
