The School and Role

This welcoming primary school, based in Maidstone are looking to appoint an experienced HLTA to work on a full-time basis covering PPA across the school. Working as a part of an established and experienced team, the desired HLTA will be working on a whole class basis and covering PPA lessons. This HLTA role is long term and potentially permanent. The school is deeply invested in staff wellbeing with a community focus.

The desired HLTA will have;

-          Experience of working with KS2 and Year 6 desirable

-          A HLTA qualification or relevant experience in this role.

-          Experience of working with pupils with SEND is desired

-          A passion for the progress of primary school pupils

-          An ability to work as part of a team
