About the Role:




  • You will work collaboratively with teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects.

  • You will play a key role in planning, developing, and implementing learning resources to support student success.

  • You will contribute to a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and achievement.

About You:




  • You possess a minimum of Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) and experience working in a secondary school setting.

  • You have a strong passion for education and a genuine interest in supporting student learning.

  • You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • You have a proven ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.

  • You are committed to creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
