As a Higher Level Learning Support Assistant, you'll work under the guidance of the Head of Education, coordinating and supervising the Learning Support Worker team to ensure high-quality educational support throughout the organization.
Requirements
This position is critical for maintaining the high standards of learning support at Elidyr. The role involves leadership responsibilities within the Learning Support Worker team, including mentoring, training, and managing daily educational activities. You will also directly support the Head of Education in various administrative and procedural duties.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory or mentorship role within an educational setting, preferably with special needs learners.
Education
- Relevant qualifications in education, special education, or a related field.
