Hgv Technician Nights

OATS Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client - a specialist Truck and Van dealer for a HGV Technician at their workshop in Blaydon

Requirements:

• Must have completed an apprenticeship with an industry standard qualifications to either City & Guilds or NVQ level 3.


• HGV 1 or 2 license preferred


• Experience working on Iveco/Fiat/Maxus

Must be competent in the following duties:

• DVSA / Manufacturer Safety Inspections.


• MOT Preparation to DVSA standards.


• Ability to carryout mechanical repairs to Industry & manufacturer standard.


• Ability to carryout diagnosis using manufacturer diagnostic machines.


• Ability to comply with manufacturer process and procedures while carryout warranty repairs.


• Ability to record performed work in writing.


• Road side assistance experience.


• Ability to work in a safe manner following health & safety legislation.

Shifts:

Nights - Tuesday - Friday, 19:00 - 07:00.

All overtime is paid at 1.5x also and the hourly rate is �21.80.
