HGV/Plant Mechanic, Portland, Permanent, Mon-Fri,£26K - £30K

Our client is a marine Boat builder/refitter based on Portland in Dorset and are looking ton recruit  an experienced HGV/Plant Mechanic

to work on new projects in Portland Port. This is an excellent opportunity to use your existing skills while gaining new ones which

will open up new avenues to you.

The successful HGV/Plant Mechanic will:

• Be receptive to learning new skills
• Be adaptable to using existing knowledge to solve issues with marine engines
• Have the ability to fault find and take corrective action
• Be flexible in your approach to work as you will often be exposed to the elements
• Have own transport or be willing to relocate.

The ideal candidate will also have an interest in the workings of marine vessels or have worked on them previously either as a job or an interest.
