HGV Dismantling Team Leader

Brook Street Recruitment is delighted to be working on behalf of our client based in Ballyclare who are recruiting an HGV Dismantling Team Leader to join ther mechanics team.DutiesOversee all daily operations within the used parts business related to heavy goods vehicle dismantlingEnsure accurate pricing of goods and timely invoicing upon departureOversee the quality checking and washing of goods before departure to maintain high standardsEnsure prompt removal of waste from the site and proper invoicing for waste disposal servicesEnsure completion of depollution records for each vehicleCompleting the site diary checklist dailySupervising the completion of Internal Branch Transfers (IBTs) for goods and their distribution to other depotsUpdating delivery driver sheets with accurate informationEnsure all outbound orders are processed and completed on timeEnsure that all workshop sales are properly invoiced through the MAM systemMaintaining a clean, tidy, and well-organized siteMechanical knowledge of Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGV's) is essentialPrevious experience of HGV dismantling or working within this environment is highly desirablePrevious experience of supervising/leading a team would be advantageousKnowledge of depollution processes and health and safety regulations would be desirable o Familiarity with inventory management and invoicing systemsAbility to manage and motivate a team effectivelyAttention to detail and accuracy in pricing and documentationWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word and ExcelPossess a full, valid driving licenceSalary can be disclosed on applicationPlease send CV to Colleen Farquharson via the apply linkLooking to recruit?
