HGV Class One Driver - Tramper - 11 Car Transporting - Ramsgate - 6 Months Experience Required

Permanent Role - 4 On, 4 Off Tramping

Perm OTE: £35,000-£55,000 PA

HGV Class One Driver required for HGV Class One Car Transporting work for a company based in Ramsgate.

Please be aware this role can be physically demanding, strenuous, involve working from height, working outside in all weathers and will involve extremely careful/difficult manoeuvring.

A driving assessment is also required for this role which will involve challenging reversing conditions. Once passed you will be buddied up for around 2 weeks.

Your Shift Pattern:

• 4 On 4 Off Tramping
• Occasional overtime may be available
• Start time is flexible with driver

Your Role:

• HGV Class One Driving with a Car Transporter/Semi-trailer/Rolfo/Draw-bar trailer
• This work is 11+ Car Transporting
• UK wide transportation of new & used cars and vans
• You must have 6 months HGV Class One driving experience to be selected for this role

What we need from you:

• HGV Class One Licence.
• In-date CPC & Digi.
• No more than 6 points. No IN, DD or DR endorsements.
• HGV Class One Experience Required: 6 Months
• Experience in specialist work would be advantageous, but not essential.
• Due to the nature of this role, it is best suited to careful and experienced drivers.

This company provides some of the best training in the industry, starting with either 1 or 2 weeks practical learning (Depending on truck type), then a further period of buddying with another driver.
