Hgv Class 2 Driver

!! ACCEPTING NEWLY QUALIFIED DRIVERS !!

We are looking for additional x6 Trainee Refuse Collection Drivers (HGV 2)

These roles will be starting asap.

What will you be doing?

• Driving to planned collection locations


• Helping out loading and unloading vehicles when required


• Completing daily checks of the vehicle as per our driver operator handbook.


• Complying with all traffic laws and legislation including security and weight of loads.


• Ensuring that the carriageway is left in a clean condition and any spillages are cleaned up.

Essential requirements:

• You must have a flexible approach and good communication skills.


• Must have a valid Licence, CPC card and Tacho card


• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.


• A reasonable standard of physically fitness to work with loads.

The position is working within the waste & recycling industry, covering routes around Weston Super Mare. The role involves driving an HGV Class 2 truck, working in a team and covering various routes removing waste.

These are permanent roles for the right candidates with full training and PPE provided.
