HGV 4.5 Tonne Driver

We are seeking a reliable and skilled 4.5-Tonne Driver to join our team at MP Moran. As a 4.5-Tonne Driver, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations by ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of building materials to our customers and various project sites. You will represent our company as a key point of contact with our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate a 4.5-tonne delivery vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
Safely load and unload building materials, ensuring proper securing of cargo to prevent damage during transit.
Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with customers during deliveries, including addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Report any issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signed proof of delivery, mileage logs, and any required paperwork.
Comply with all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum Category C1 Entitlement driver's license with a clean driving record.
Current 35 Hours drivers CPC required.
Previous experience as a 4.5-tonne or higher vehicle class category role preferred.
Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to safely operate and maintain a 4.5-tonne delivery vehicle .
