HGV 1 & PSV Driver

JMD Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced and friendly Class 1 HGV Driver (with PSV license) for a temp to perm opportunity in Rochester, Kent.

Within the role we cover various trailer work such as fridge, curtain, low loader and container work. This can sometimes involve a night out where you will need to rest in the vehicle.

Also, drivers are required to unload and reload themselves at times using either a forklift truck or an electric pump truck.

Full training will be provided to operate any machines required.

Shift pattern is:

Week 1: 5 on - 1 off

Week 2: 5 on - 2 off

This will include weekend work and your days off will rotate throughout the weeks.

You will have training and shadow shifts to ensure you are ready to do the job alone.

PSV License also essential due to sometimes being required to drive a 30 seat bus when required.
