HELPDESK OPERATIVE REQUIRED

Our multinational Facilities Management client is seeking a Helpdesk for one of their sites.

Do you enjoy working in a busy environment where no day is the same? If so, this is the perfect role for you!!

Do you have previous experience in FM?

Are you a proven Help desk Operative?

The successful candidate will be responsible for updating external client systems with updates in
relation to job activity and providing support

Job Details

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8am-5pm
  • �13.74 PAYE + Holiday Pay
  • Opportunity to bring a high degree of exposure to your CV

Skills Required

  • Experience of working within a facilities management help desk is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle conflicting workloads and to work under pressure.
  • An excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels delivering flawless customer service at all times
  • Strong communications skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
