Skanska, one of the world’s leading project development and construction groups, is aninclusive and responsible business that is helping to build a better society. We are looking for a Help Desk Administrator to join our buildingservices team in London.
Working as a HelpdeskAdministrator you will provide generaladministrative support to the MOD Main Building Management Team, Operational,Technical and Capital Works Teams; also ensure security compliance as well ascontract compliance
You’ll:
Managementand administration of all sub-contractor logistic arrangements, includingprocessing of service records and permit documentation, cross referencing theCAFM system as required to ensure correct information is recorded
Administrationand allocation of all planned and reactive works through CAFM system
Provideearly warning management of the site SLA and KPI planned and reactive tasks
Provideadministrative support to the Operational, Technical and Capital Works Team asrequired
Liaisewith Operational and Capital Works coordinators to build and own the siteresource planner
Resourceplanning and allocation of resource to support in the delivery of direct/thirdparty works in and out of hours
We are looking for:
Abilityto work both independently and as part of a team
Provenexperience in the proficient use of MS Office
Excellentcommunications skills with good verbal and written communications
Abilityto demonstrate experience in customer facing role
Knowledgeand experience of CAFM system, reports, and ability to interrogate historic reactiveand PPM data
