ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a talented HelpDesk Support
to join our industry-leading Tech team and help build a nimble, resilient model for a better future for food.
Technology is at the core of our operational model and to further our mission of leading a revolution in the food system. This would be an opportunity to work with and implement new technologies in our systems.
Our team is growing rapidly while maintaining a social and dynamic vibe.
Responsibilities
Providing support on-site or over the phone to troubleshooting issues that arise with computers, printers, tablets, other devices or in-house systems
Organising and maintaining inventory of all assets such as iPads, iMac, Windows Computers, Mac computers, Server room, spare devices and softwares
Setting up assets for new or existing employees
Travelling to all Natoora sites in London and outside the UK in the EU, AU and US if needed
Keeping all assets up-to-date and secure
Managing all users' accounts and requests such as Microsoft Office, Gmail, our internal system, etc
Network infrastructure basics (cable termination, patch panel cabling, etc)
ABOUT YOU
Desired skills
Interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of GCP or AWS
Basic knowledge of networking (on-premise and cloud)
Experience with Linux system administration
Knowledge of IT Security
Cybersecurity Essentials
Software and hardware diagnosing experience
Experience with operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, iOS, Linux
Monitoring systems such as Grafana, Zabbix
Basic understanding of Docker, Kubernetes
