Location – London (West End)
Working Model – 4:1 (4 days in the office and 1 Day WFH)
Compensation - £50,000 to £55,000 base salary + benefits and bonus (discretionary fund performance bonus).

Our client, a growing and ambitious Alternative Credit Hedge Fund covering all Credit Investments is looking for IT PMO / Jnr BA to join the IT Technology team in London.
As an IT PMO / Jnr BA you will work with an existing IT Project Manager and IT Systems team to support the delivery of IT Projects supporting IT Infrastructure and Development of Systems, used across the fund in London.
With a unique opportunity to be part of high performing IT team, and provide Project Management Governance, Reporting, and tracing covering all IT portfolio project delivery core front line business functions for all Credit business lines.
The IT PMO / Jnr BA will be tasked with proactively engaging in Software Calls, documentation of notes, arranging meetings, and project reporting for business end users, namely Front Office, Risk, Trading Operations, Finance, Compliance, Legal and IT teams in London.
The IT PMO / Jnr BA will report into to the IT Systems & Development Head in London.
Given the hybrid nature of the role, this IT PMO / Jnr BA is suited to PMO (75% PMO ) and Jnr BA (25%) with scope for the role to evolve into a Junior BA role, as you will be working with an existing IT Project team in London.
Key Responsibilities – IT PMO / Jnr BA – Hedge Fund
JIRA Project Management and Reporting - engage with all business stakeholders to manage JIRA tickets, supporting requests, and creating tickets for projects.
Managing project communication with key business and IT stakeholders.
Project governance and reporting, participate in project meetings and support SDLC.
Undertake discovery calls, and document meeting notes and can expand into requirement gathering in the future, (future pathway for progression).
Creating next steps and project progress reports, end to end project coordination.
Working with the systems team who will provide 360 exposures to all interaction and requirements gathering pertaining to IT project delivery.
Manage and deliver IT DevOps systems development projects, reviewing budgets and spend and PMO reporting.
Work hand and glove with IT Development and Systems team and managing SDLC project life cycle and evaluating business process, requirements, and identifying business improvements and benefits.
Manage and oversee projects plans and delivery, adopting agile methodologies, ensuring 1st class communication and collaboration with key business stakeholders.
Providing end to end governance and running business workshops, steer co, and project committee meetings, and ensuring time delivery on budget and on agreed project timelines.
Resolving conflicts and tracking IT project milestones and escalating any risks and issues pertaining to project delivery and timelines.
Due to the high profile nature of this role, the client has outlined the following prerequisites requirements.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in IT PMO / Jnr BA IT
projects delivery experience derived in a Hedge Fund, Investment Management, Investment Banking, or Big 4 IT Consulting environment.

JIRA Tickets – JIRA Services Desk Management
- Proven experience in PMO JIRA Tickets, providing IT PMO project governance, portfolio of IT technology business projects.
• Application of IT project management office, documenting meeting notes, progress reports and project status updates. business workshops and project committees.
• University Degree in IT / Computer Science, and BA Project Management, and any Project Management qualifications.
• 1st Class communication, analytical, problem-solving, and project management experience.
• Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to be a conduit for IT and coordinate business teams to resolve complex IT and technical business challenges and issues.
