Job Title: Heavy Plant Trainer / Assessor Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

About Your New Crane Engineering Role: As a Heavy Crane Trainer / Assessor, you will play a crucial role in delivering theoretical and practical training to a diverse range of construction industry personnel. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting theoretical and practical training sessions within a dedicated training facility.
- Supervising and instructing on the safe operation of plant and equipment.
- Designing engaging lesson plans and courses to enhance participant learning.
- Undertaking administrative tasks related to the Training Centre, including booking, processing, and recording training and testing.
- Assisting with on-site duties, including provision of training and operation of plant equipment. Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Hold a recognized trainer / assessor qualification.
- Experience in delivering both practical and classroom-based training, preferably in crane operation or similar construction plant equipment.
- Hold a CPCS Tester card (highly desirable).
- Basic knowledge of health and safety legislation.
- Possess a full driving license.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and initiative.
- Previous experience operating cranes or other construction machinery is beneficial.
