Heating Supervisor - Up to 48k - London & Home Counties

Alecto Recruitment are proud to be working with a a national installer of energy efficiency measures aimed at reducing heating bills and carbon emissions.

They are currently looking to expand their heating team with an exciting full time permanent employment opportunity for a heating supervisor to guide engineers and enforce high standards across their heating division.

This role would be ideal for an experieced heating engineer looking to step into a supervisory position.

The Role:

• Up to �48,000 yearly + Van, fuel card, pension & holidays
• Completing site surveys for air source heat pumps and first time central heating installations
• Monitoring of engineers work quality mid and post installation
• Communing with customers and keeping them updated on proposals and plans
• Remedial works for air source heat pumps (ASHP) within reason
• Commissioning and final sign off on air source heat pump (ASHP) installations
• Assisting with onboarding of new engineers

Requirements:

• 5+ years Central heating installation experience
• 2+ years Air source heat pump (ASHP) installation experience
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel and staying away occasionally
• G3 Unvented hot water
• Gas safe experiennce
• Gas CCN1
• Part L Energy Efficiency
