Are you the right person for the job?
Driving Licence is essential
CCN1 Gas Qualification is essential
Relevant qualifications in heating engineering or a related field
Proven experience as a Heating Engineer, demonstrating reliability and expertise
Gas Safe registered, with Oil and LPG certification as an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills to tackle challenges effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster positive client interactions
You must live within a 30-minute travel radius of Cambridge
What will your role look like?
Service and repair heating systems, covering boilers, radiators, and unvented hot water cylinders
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating and plumbing equipment with precision and expertise
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent future disruptions
Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries with professionalism and care
