Job Description:
Responsible for a number Retail and Service Accounts across all 4 terminals. The primary function of the Senior Account Manager is the relationship management, business planning and negotiation of commercial agreements with brands and suppliers to maximise sales revenue and income contribution, at the same time as meeting the needs of passengers at Heathrow. This role will also have one direct report.

Job Responsibilities:
Identifying new opportunities with new and existing partners to enhance the passenger experience and at the same time income to Heathrow
Leading business planning activities, highlighting and delivering opportunities to enhance business performance
Agreeing commercial terms and negotiating contracts with new retail partners and service suppliers at Heathrow. Then continuously reviewing retailer and supplier performance against sales revenue and service level targets and re-negotiate contracts accordingly
Building relationships with internal and external partners so that sales and income can be maximised
Managing partners, within the parameters of service levels agreements, to ensure operational standards achieve the required standards
Job Requirements:
Proven influencing skills in a commercial and/or operational environment
Strong financial and analytical skills
Proven experience in commercial roles at a senior level including contract management and negotiations at Director level
Knowledge of terminal operations, regulatory process, Heathrow’s Development team / processes
Strong relationship management and stakeholder management
Exposure to store openings/ launching shopping services
A knowledge of the generic development and project management processes would be desirable
Experience of Health and Safety regimes
Knowledge of and experience in generating commercial income through retail space management
Knowledge or understanding of technical and engineering processes
