We’re in search of dedicated Plumbing and Heating Engineers to help us install Air Source Heat Pumps as we work to turn our vision into reality.We’re expanding our team across the South East region. If you’re passionate about heating system installation or looking to transition into the renewable energy sector, we provide comprehensive training.What You’ll Be Involved In:Collaborating with a team to install environmentally-friendly technology in customers’ homes, starting with Air Source Heat Pumps.Receiving cutting-edge training ensuring you’re equipped to install equipment, tackle challenges, and offer energy-efficient advice to our clients.Applying your expertise in heat pump installations to provide top-notch service.Reviewing and working on technical specifications and mechanical drawings.Coordinating with electricians to commission Air Source Heat Pumps.Taking a leadership role, overseeing your crew, and empowering them to make real-time decisions in the best interest of our customers.What We’re Looking For:Experience in boiler installation, with additional knowledge of air source heat pumps being a bonus.Seasoned plumbing and heating engineers with a grasp of heating system design and the ability to troubleshoot. Knowledge of domestic hot and cold water systems is a plus.Proficiency in evaluating and challenging technical specifications and mechanical drawings.Familiarity with electrical systems and a basic competency in this area is desirable.Experience with hydraulic systems and familiarity with design and quality standards like CIBSE and MCS is a bonus but not mandatory.While F-gas knowledge is beneficial, it’s not a requirement.Qualifications:Minimum NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent experience) in the Plumbing and Heating pathway.A full, clean Driving Licence.It would also be advantageous if you have the following:WRAS Water Supply Regs certification.UHW10/HWSS Unvented DHW Storage Systems certification.Gas Safe certification.BPEC Level 3 or equivalent in heat pump installation.What We Offer:Fully equipped Ford Custom van, full uniform, safety equipment and relevant trainingAccess to a range of training courses and additional qualificationsMinimum of 28 days holiday including bank holidays (increased through the length of service)Holiday buy/sell schemes availableUncapped overtime options at x1.5Company pension schemeCompany team building exercises and days outBe part of a team that’s driving the renewable energy revolution, and help create a greener future for all.
