Healthcare Sales Manager
Location:
Solihull, B90 4NZ
Salary:
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum (Basic), (£50,000 - £60,000 OTE)
Our clients have been supplying, manufacturing and installing bespoke shading solutions to commercial markets for over 25 years.

The Role
To be responsible for generating and securing sales in line with company targets for customers within the Healthcare sector
Key Responsibilities
Following company sales process procedures and systems.
Targeting and contacting prospective customers within the healthcare sector in order to achieve opportunities to quote for their products.
Promoting products to the NHS and architects to ensure awareness of their ability to supply solutions and the advantages of their product range.
Developing thorough understanding of the products offered in order to be able to tailor proposals and solutions for clients.
Reviewing leads received organically or via 3rd party, in order to:
evaluate customers requirements,
determine whether sufficient info has been provided for the estimator to be able to calculate a schedule of rates.
Determine the most suitable products the estimator should generate the costs for based on the specification and commercial considerations.
Working with internal administration team to help secure best possible rates from suppliers in order to increase competitive advantage.
Reviewing the calculated cost schedules and quotations prior to submission to ensure competitiveness and accuracy vs the customers requirements.
Liaise and negotiate with the customer in order to secure the order within the parameters set.
Discussing with MD where pricing outside of agreed parameters may be required in order to secure the order.
Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate information and pipeline is visible at all times.
Ensure CRM is kept up to date with activities and notes in relation to sales targets and quotations.
Liaise with MD & Operations team to establish lead times and ability to meet clients timescale requirements.
Assisting with the activities of the Sales Division of Capricorn Blinds Ltd and carry out any reasonable action as requested by the MD at the time
Skills & Experience
Experienced with:
MS Excel
using formulas to manipulate data
Proficient in MS Office Packages
Key Skills Include:

Fast learner with the ability to understand new process quickly and accurately.
Motivated by learning about new products and systems.
A problem solver who will use initiative to find solutions and improvements to existing processes.
Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationship internally and externally.
Ability to work efficiently to deadlines.
Ability to self-manage daily workload / tasks.
Previous Experience:
Selling into the healthcare sector including:
Directly to estates and FM
Via Construction Companies
Selling and Understanding products similar and/or associated with cubicle curtain tracks, curtains and blinds
Account management of healthcare clients
Qualifications:
BA / BSC degree (Desirable)
