As a company, HealthHarmonie specialise in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Gynaecology, Ophthalmology and Ultrasound. The recruitment of clinical staff is vital to ensure HealthHarmonie patients are seen by the right clinician within expected timeframes, HealthHarmonie is not an agency.About the roleUnderstand the business service lines to enable selling HealthHarmonie service models and package to candidatesRecruitment and Onboarding candidates to fulfil the current clinical needs.Networking, headhunting, referrals and social mediaDevelopment of new recruitment pipelinesAttending industry recruitment, networking and conferencing eventsSupporting and maintaining contact with new candidates through the recruitment processLiaising and managing expectations with Hiring managersEnsure full compliance of all new candidates and smooth transfer to the scheduling teamsManage end to end Clinical Recruitment processAbout youIdeally you will have over 2 years of experience as a recruiter within the clinical area of healthcare, and have experience of the recruitment of Consultants, Doctors and Nurses. *The position is subject to a successful disclosure at the appropriate level from Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and the provision of your right to work documentation.What we offerFull time, Permanent ContractMonday to FridayBrand new offices based in BirminghamCompetitive Salary dependent on experienceOngoing Support and TrainingJoin a company who promotes from within and offers excellent career progressionPension SchemeNHS Employee DiscountsAnnual Salary ReviewLocationBirminghamWhat we doHealthHarmonie is a business who believe in finding new and innovative solutions to give patients the best choices.
