We work in partnership with several NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups nationwide to provide patients with access to community services closer to their home.
These include Diagnostic Ultrasound, Gynaecology Services, diagnosis and treatment of Dermatological conditions, Ophthalmology services and the provision of extended Minor surgery procedures.

About the Job
Are you a skilled and dedicated Recruiter who has experience of clinical recruitment and are looking to join a dynamic healthcare team?
As a Clinical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment of Doctors, Consultants, Nurses across England. As a company, HealthHarmonie specialise in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Gynaecology, Ophthalmology and Ultrasound. The recruitment of clinical staff is vital to ensure HealthHarmonie patients are seen by the right clinician within expected timeframes, HealthHarmonie is not an agency.
About the role
Understand the business service lines to enable selling HealthHarmonie service models and package to candidates
Recruitment and Onboarding candidates to fulfil the current clinical needs.
Networking, headhunting, referrals and social media
Development of new recruitment pipelines
Attending industry recruitment, networking and conferencing events
Supporting and maintaining contact with new candidates through the recruitment process
Liaising and managing expectations with Hiring managers
Ensure full compliance of all new candidates and smooth transfer to the scheduling teams
Manage end to end Clinical Recruitment process
About you
Ideally you will have over 2 years of experience as a recruiter within the clinical area of healthcare, and have experience of the recruitment of Consultants, Doctors and Nurses.
*The position is subject to a successful disclosure at the appropriate level from Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and the provision of your right to work documentation.
