Main duties of the job:
Our health visiting teams provide support to families with children aged 0-5. You’ll have a varied caseload and you’ll need to be confident and flexible to provide the best support for families.
You'll work as part of a team to keep children safe and well in Maidstone. You will get to use your clinical judgment to support evidence-based care planning and make sure that children and families who use our services have a good experience.
Some of your duties will be:
Developing integrated care programmes in partnership with senior practitioners and/or commissioners.
Supporting in the supervision/ line management and development of all junior staff.
Undertaking a range of competent clinical and non-clinical interventions to support the outcomes of the service.
Acting as lead and senior practitioner to support junior staff support assessment/reassessments of service users and/or pathways with complex needs across the relevant field of health care.
Supporting and making recommendations to senior managers in order to prioritise and focus efforts to achieve business objectives, service improvement strategies and statutory requirements.
