HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER
Salary: £60,000 - £63,000
Location:
Tonbridge, Southeastern area
One of our expanding established clients are currently offering an amazing salary package for a Health & Safety Manager to join their successful and growing team and overlook all H&S procedures and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure health and safety best practices are proactively promoted and implemented across all levels, including contractors.
Manage the implementation of standards and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and client requirements.
Assist with audits, investigations, and the management of recommendations, while supporting company initiatives and providing professional advice.
Undertake site inspections, escalate concerns, liaise with clients, and fulfil on-call duties as necessary.
Carry out other duties as directed and potentially lead a team or conduct appraisals when required.
Experience needed.
NEBOSH certificate essential, with a relevant degree
Professional Membership in the CMIOSH
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a health and safety advisory role.
Proven track record in team management
Extensive experience as a Lead Auditor
Personal Track Safety (PTS) certification
Hold a full UK driving license.
