A local construction company is looking for a skilled individual to take charge of the Health, Safety, and Environmental aspects of various construction projects. This is a permanent position that offers the chance to work on a range of exciting projects in the commercial, leisure, and hospitality sectors.As the H&S Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the team and the surrounding community. This is a great chance to join a dynamic and innovative team that specialises in high-end bespoke projects.If you're looking to take the next step in your career and be part of a well-established team, apply now!Responsibilities:• Provide guidance, support and training to the MD and all members of the team• Produce documentation inclusive of Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Safe Systems of Work• Manage the development of safe working processes, policies and procedures• Implement, embed, policies, procedures & training programs in accordance with HSWA 1974• Liaise with external agencies and regulatory agenciesRequirements:• Experience in a similar position within construction• Working knowledge of the ISO 9001,14001 and 45001 management systems• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent HSE qualification)• Working knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and supporting regulations• Passionate about Health & Safety• Relevant driving licenceShould you wish to know more, please do call RGB Recruitment Exeter and ask for Nicky Harris.
