Health & Safety Manager

Diamond Search Recruitment are excited to be representing our client, a well-established, successful, and exciting design & manufacturing business. Recruiting for a Health & Safety Manager based in Ashford, Kent. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all things related to H&S procedures. You'll be responsible for ensuring they are communicated, implemented, monitored, and maintained across a defined scope.

£36,000 - £40,000 per annum.

Main Duties:

• You should have broad knowledge of manufacturing and warehousing.


• Liaise with other key staff members and provide feedback, training and techniques to enable others to achieve standards.


• Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health & Safety regulations, the Employee Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures.


• Work closely with site management teams to ensure ongoing compliance with agreed and legal standards. You'll manage accident investigation and reporting processes, risk assessments, emergency preparedness procedures, and more.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Health and Safety: 2 years


• NEBOSH General Certificate


• Experience in the management of change and continual improvement program.


• Experience of manufacturing, production, and/or construction quality assurance and control.
