Delivering market-leading software and consultancy services to global property owners and managing agents, the S2 Partnership is renowned for its client-focused approach.The OpportunityThe S2 Partnership is looking to expand its expert team of professional consultants and therefore, we are seeking an experienced home-based Health, Safety & Environmental Consultant to join our expanding and successful consultancy team. The focus of this role is to provide health, safety and environmental consultancy services to our clients in the commercial property sector.Part of the week will be site-based and part at home working on reports and assisting clients; diaries are pre-planned in advance to support and assist work life balance. There will be a requirement to travel to our sites with this role, so you will need to have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for travel to sites.The post can be on the basis of full or part-time i.e. 3 or 4 days per week.Competencies and ExperienceYou will have:Knowledge of safety and environmental legislation in the UK relating to the built environment and the management of propertyQualified to degree level, or equivalent, in an appropriate environmental disciplineA minimum of 3 years experience within the environmental fieldProven technical abilityGood report writing, IT and communication skillsExperience in carrying out or preparing for ISO 14001 AuditsSustainability AssessmentsProfessional membership with a recognised environmental body such as IEMA or a safety body such as IOSHFire risk assessmentWhy choose usWith S2 you'll be able to develop your skills surrounded by industry experts, who will be on hand to help advise, support and encourage your ongoing development.
